Premium Home Care Service provides a broad range of in-home care options for adults and children with disabilities and the elderly.
Don’t make the mistake of thinking our services are one-size-fits-all.
Our staff will guide people with disabilities to help them utilise their NDIS funding.
Aged Care – Home Care Packages
Home Care Packages are in-home care services that are funded (either in part or in full) by the Australian Government. Level 1 Home Care Packages (HCP Level 1) are designed to support people who have basic level care needs. Basic level care needs can include basic everyday tasks including:
- Personal care
- Domestic assistance
- Social support
- Meal preparation
- Shopping
- Transport
Home Care Packages are home care & home help services that are funded (either in part or in full) by the Australian Government.
Level 2 Home Care Packages (sometimes seen abbreviated as HCP Level 2 or HCP2) are aimed at supporting people who have low level care needs. If you or a loved one has low level care needs, you may be eligible to receive assistance with:
- Personal care
- Domestic assistance
- Social support
- Meal preparation
- Shopping
- Transport
- Basic home & garden maintenance
- Some nursing care

Level 3 Home Care Packages (HCP Level 3 or HCP3) are designed to support people who have intermediate level care needs. If you or a loved one has intermediate level care needs, you may be eligible to receive assistance with:
- Personal care
- Domestic assistance
- Social support
- Meal preparation
- Shopping
- Transport
- Medication management
- Support with changes to memory and/or behaviour
- Some nursing support
Home Care Packages are home help & home care services that are funded (either in part or in full) by the Australian Government.
Level 4 Home Care Packages (HCP Level 4 or HCP4) are intended to support people who have high level care needs. If you or a loved one has high level or complex care needs, you may be eligible to receive assistance with:
- Personal care (showering/dressing etc)
- Domestic assistance (laundry/cleaning etc)
- Assistance with aids and appliance
- Social Support
- Meal preparation
- Shopping
- Transport
- Medication management
- Allied health support
- Support with changes to memory and/or behaviour
